T4 space

Definition:
  • A space X is said to be “Normal” or “T4  space” if for each pair A,B of disjoint closed sets , there exists disjoint open  sets U & V such that A contained in U and B contained in V .

 

 

Example:

 

Every Metrizable Space is Normal.
